Hair Origin, Quality & Care Disclaimer

We offer premium Cambodian virgin hair. Our virgin straight hair is carefully sourced to maintain its natural integrity, softness, and longevity.

As with natural hair, shedding is normal over time. This is a natural characteristic of hair and does not indicate a fault with the unit or bundles. Proper care and maintenance play an important role in preserving the quality and lifespan of your Thea.

To support you, we regularly share hair care tips, maintenance advice, and video tutorials across our social platforms. We encourage all customers to follow us on Instagram @thethealabel, where you’ll find guidance on how to care for, style, and maintain your Thea and hair bundles.


Length & Styling Disclaimer

 

Please note that final length is affected by styling. Techniques such as cutting, curling, layering, and shaping will naturally remove some inches from the original length selected.

  • Bobby Luxe units require cutting.
  • Layered curl styles require additional trimming.
  • To retain maximum length, we recommend selecting no layers or a blunt cut.

 

Hair Quality & Colouring Disclaimer

Our virgin hair can be lifted up to a #27.

  • Units that have been dyed jet black cannot be lightened or re-dyed to a lighter colour.
  • Colour results may vary depending on previous processing and maintenance.


Installation Disclaimer

All units are ready to wear, however, they still require basic installation skills and are not beginner-friendly.

  • An adjustable band is attached to the frontal for a secure, snug fit.
  • Glueless wear and fit preferences can be discussed after your order is placed, once we contact you.
  • We strongly encourage you to reach out with any questions prior to purchase.
  • Installation guidance and tips are available via our social platforms.
