At The Thea Label, each unit is made with care and attention.

Processing Time:

All orders require a processing period of up to 10–15 business days before shipping.

• UK Orders: Up to 10 business days
• International Orders: Up to 15 business days

This covers the time needed to customise, style, and prepare your unit.

Shipping Time:

• UK: 3–5 business days
• International: 5–7 business days

Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email and tracking information. We’ll also update you throughout the process via WhatsApp, so you’ll always know where your order is.

Address & Order Details:

Please ensure your billing and shipping addresses match.

• Orders with mismatched addresses may be held or cancelled for verification.
• Once shipped, no changes can be made to your order or address.

If incorrect details are entered, The Thea Label is not liable for undelivered items. You must contact the courier directly if a delivery issue arises.

Lost or Missing Packages:

Once shipped, delivery is handled by the courier. If your parcel is marked delivered or goes missing, please open a claim with the courier.

If an order is marked as delivered by the courier, no refund or replacement will be issued.

Each Thea unit is custom-made and styled just for you.

Under UK law, The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for refunds or returns. Therefore, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges on any of our custom units.

Exceptions:

In rare cases, we may consider a refund or return at our discretion. If you believe there’s an issue, please contact us at thethealabel@gmail.com or via WhatsApp (you’ll receive the number after ordering).

Kindly note that we take photos and videos of every unit before shipping to verify its condition.

If a return is approved:

• The wig must not be worn, installed, or altered.
• Lace must be uncut and free of makeup, tint, or foundation.
• Must be in original packaging with all accessories included.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs and providing a tracked return number.
• Refunds (if approved) are processed within 5 business days after inspection.

Processing & Timeframes

All Thea units are custom, ready-to-wear wigs. This means we are not a quick-fix brand, every unit requires time to customise, style, and prepare before shipping.

Our standard timeframe (7 –15 business days)

If you need a wig urgently or at short notice, please note that The FIA Label may not be suitable for last-minute orders. We encourage all customers to order in advance.

Cutting, Curling & Styling Adjustments

Any unit ordered with curls, layers, or blunt cuts will naturally have some length reduced.

• For our Bobby Luxe unit, cutting is essential for a clean, precise finish.
• Curls with layers will always include extra cutting.
• If you want to maintain maximum length, please avoid selecting blunt cuts or layered options.

Hair Quality

Our wigs are made using premium virgin hair, closely resembling raw hair in quality and feel. Our Virgin hair lifts to a number 27 when bleached. If dyed jet black, please note that

• The hair cannot be lightened or re-dyed later, as the jet black dye permanently seals the cuticle.
• Jet black dyeing is available only as an add-on at checkout and cannot be altered once ordered.

Refunds & Customisation

For health and safety reasons, and in line with UK law (The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), customised wigs are non-refundable and non-returnable, as each piece is made specifically for you.

Wig Installation & Support

All Thea units are ready to wear, but they are not advertised as glueless. While we make the process simple, a basic installation is still required. If you’re new to wig installation, we provide:

• Guidance and WhatsApp support (during business hours) to help you achieve your perfect FIA fit.
