Processing & Shipping Times
At The Thea Label, every unit is thoughtfully crafted with care, precision, and intention. Each order goes through a detailed process of preparation to ensure your Thea arrives exactly as it should.
- UK Orders: Processed and dispatched within 7-10 business days (we always aim to ship sooner where possible).
- International Orders: Please allow 15 -20 business days for processing, shipping and delivery.
- Hair Bundle Orders: Shipped within 5-7 business days of purchase.
Processing time includes your pre-order handling, customisation, styling, quality checks, and final preparation of your Thea before dispatch.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. We’ll also keep you personally updated every step of the way via WhatsApp, because communication matters to us.
International orders may be subject to custom fees.
Address & Order Details
Please double-check that all shipping information is accurate before placing your order.
- Address changes cannot be made once an order has been dispatched.
- The Thea Label is not responsible for failed or undelivered parcels due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
- Any delivery issues arising from incorrect information must be resolved directly with the courier.
Lost or Missing Packages
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is fully managed by the courier.
- If your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or is reported as missing, you must file a claim directly with the courier.
- Unfortunately, no refunds or replacements will be issued for orders marked as delivered.

Refunds & Returns Policy
Each Thea unit is custom-made and professionally styled specifically for you. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges on any items that have been customised to order.
Exceptions
In rare and exceptional circumstances, a refund or return may be considered at our sole discretion.
All refund or return requests must be submitted via email only within 48 hours of delivery to:

Requests sent via WhatsApp or social media will not be reviewed.
Please include clear photos and a detailed description of the issue to allow us to assess your request.
If a Return Is Approved
If a return is authorised, the following conditions must be met:
- The unit must be unworn, uninstalled, and unaltered.
- Lace must be uncut and free from makeup, tint, foundation, adhesive, or residue.
- The unit must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and must provide a tracked return number.
- Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5 business days following inspection.

4. Crafting & Customisation
Your unit is carefully prepared, styled, and perfected with intention.
Standard preparation time: up to 4 business days.
5. Quality Check & Packaging
Each unit undergoes a thorough inspection and is packaged beautifully, ready for arrival.
6. Shipping
Your order is dispatched, and tracking details are provided. You’ll be updated every step of the way.
7. Install & Enjoy
Install your unit glued or glue less. whatever suits your lifestyle. Installation videos are provided via our social media platforms for support, and we recommend saving them for future use.
